Kill Termites with Temperature — No Chemicals
Heat treatment raises the internal temperature of infested wood and structural members above the lethal threshold for termites (120–140°F). This chemical-free method is highly effective for localized infestations and is safe for occupants who evacuate during treatment.

How Heat Treatment Works
Assessment
We assess the infestation and identify which areas require heat treatment.
Preparation
Heat-sensitive items (candles, plants, artwork, electronics) are removed or protected.
Heating
Propane or electric heaters raise the temperature of the treatment area to 135°F, sustained for 35–60 minutes.
Monitoring
Thermal sensors are placed throughout the space to ensure lethal temperatures are reached in all wood members.
Cooling
The structure is cooled and aired before re-entry.
Inspection
Final inspection confirms termite elimination.
