Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
No — there is no cap. You can refer as many people as you like. Each completed treatment earns a separate $50 credit that can be applied to any future service.
When does my credit get applied?
Your $50 credit is applied to your account once your referred contact completes their paid treatment. Credits do not expire and can be used toward any treatment, repair, or real estate inspection.
Does my neighbor get a discount too?
Yes — referred customers receive $50 off their own treatment when they mention your name at scheduling. Both parties benefit from a single referral.
Does the referral work for real estate inspections?
Yes. If you refer someone who needs a WDO report for a real estate transaction, the referral counts. Your $50 credit applies to your next service and their treatment if work is contracted.
What if my neighbor gets a free inspection and decides not to treat?
The referral credit applies when a paid treatment is completed. Free inspections alone do not trigger the credit — but there is never any pressure on your neighbor to treat. We only recommend treatment when it is genuinely needed.
