Termite Control in the Inland Empire, Riverside & LA County
Ultimate Termite Control serves 30 cities across Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties beyond our free-inspection Orange County primary area. A $295 travel fee applies — but it's credited in full toward any treatment you book within 30 days of inspection. So if you proceed with treatment, you pay nothing extra for the inspection. Same CA license (#PR7791), same treatments, same warranty, same same-week scheduling as our primary service area.
$295 Travel Fee — Extended Service Area
The $295 fee covers your inspector's travel time and mileage. You only pay it if you choose not to proceed with treatment within 30 days of inspection — if you book treatment, the full $295 is credited toward your treatment cost.
How Extended Service Works
Schedule Your Inspection
Call or schedule online. We confirm the $295 travel fee for extended area properties upfront — no surprises.
Licensed Inspection
A CA-licensed inspector performs the same thorough whole-structure inspection we provide in our primary service area, with written report included.
$295 Credited Toward Treatment
If you proceed with any treatment, the full $295 travel fee is applied as a credit toward your treatment cost. Same quality, same warranty, same license.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is there a $295 fee for extended-area inspections?
The $295 covers your inspector's travel time and mileage. Inspections in our primary service area (all of Orange County and bordering cities) are free because they're close enough to dispatch in the same daily route. Extended-area cities require additional drive time — often 60-90 minutes round trip — plus dedicated scheduling. The fee covers that cost. Importantly: the $295 is credited in full toward any treatment you book within 30 days, so if you proceed with treatment you pay nothing extra for the inspection.
Will I get the same quality of inspection as someone in your primary area?
Yes. The same California-licensed inspectors who serve Orange County perform inspections in our extended areas. Same whole-structure visual inspection, same written report on the SPCB-mandated form, same diagnostic equipment. License #PR7791 is the same regardless of which city you're in.
How does the $295 credit work?
If you book treatment with us within 30 days of your inspection, the full $295 is credited toward the treatment cost. For example: if your treatment is $1,800, you pay $1,505 (treatment cost minus the $295 you already paid for the inspection). If you don't book treatment within 30 days, the $295 stands as the inspection fee. There's no upcharge or hidden fee added to extended-area treatment pricing — treatment costs are the same as our primary area pricing.
What if I just want the inspection and don't plan to do treatment?
That's fine — the $295 is the cost of the inspection in that case. You receive the same written WDO report you'd get for a primary-area inspection, and you're free to take it to another company for treatment if you prefer. The $295 covers the inspector's time and travel; we're not trying to force you into treatment with us.
What if my city isn't on your extended service list?
Call (714) 240-2800 — we may be able to accommodate cities beyond our published extended list depending on travel time, current scheduling, and the specific service you need. Travel-only inspections to far-out cities may require a higher fee than $295 to cover additional drive time. We can let you know if your city is feasible during a brief call.
Do you offer the same warranty in extended areas?
Yes. Treatment warranties are based on the specific treatment performed (tent fumigation, Termidor, heat, etc.) and are the same in our primary and extended areas. License #PR7791 backs all work regardless of city.
How fast can you schedule an inspection in Riverside, Murrieta, or Glendale?
Same-week scheduling is typical for extended-area inspections — most extended cities can be scheduled within 3-5 business days. For escrow timelines, call (714) 240-2800 and tell us your close date; we'll prioritize accordingly. Written reports are delivered within 24 hours of inspection regardless of city.
I'm in escrow — does the $295 fee work for real estate transactions?
Yes. For real estate / WDO inspections in extended areas, the $295 travel fee is the same flat rate. The credit-toward-treatment policy applies if Section 1 work is required. We can deliver the report directly to escrow, your agent, and the lender — same process as primary-area real estate inspections.
