What is inspected during an Escrow Inspection?
1. Inspection of the attic.
2. Inspection of the Garage.
3. Inspection of the sub area if home is on a raised foundation.
4. Inspection of the wood around the exterior of the home, facia, rafter tails, sheathing, and any decorative wood.
5. The perimeter of the home.
What happens after the Escrow inspection?
1. The inspector will inform you of any findings.
2. You will receive an inspection report, we can send it to the realtor or escrow company too.
3. Get the work done whether that is tenting, wood repair, local treatments the termite issue should be addressed.
4. Receive a clearance letter, which means your home is clear of any termite damage and free of any termite infestation.
